●長年の望み a long-cherished desire; a thing one has long wanted to do

・法外な望み (an) inordinate ambition

・立派な望み a commendable ambition

・生きる望みも無くしてしまう lose (all) hope; no longer have any reason for living.

●お望みなら if you want [《文》 wish, desire]
